Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 USD, shipped within the US.
All orders have tracking information so you can plan your first ride in your new clothing. Orders are shipped daily Monday through Friday. Please allow one business day for processing. For methods and transit times, please see our Shipping & Returns
Additional Notes
If you have a shipping address that is outside of the US, import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority. Orders are processed during working days - Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. While we do our best to ensure prompt processing, we cannot be responsible for delay during shipping once the package has left our warehouse. Tracking information is provided on all packages for your convenience.
Returns
Not getting a perfect fit? Not psyched about the color? Wanting to make a return? We offer free returns of your item within 30-days of receipt for items in new condition. Your item must be in new condition, with tags, not worn or washed. Items that are not clean will not be processed and will be returned to you. We recommend storing them in their original bags while you decide to keep or return them. See our Service & Support page for details.
Terms of Use

Complaints or Praise
If you have a complaint, a question or would like to adorn us with praise or invite us on a ride, we at Velocio would like to hear from you. Velocio will address any complaints within 7 working days. If you praise us, then Velocio reserves its right to put it on a testimonial page and we'd be very grateful!
